A: At the bell desk, we provide parcel delivery service using Japan express. *We may not be able to handle raw goods.

A: Children over 6 years of age are charged adult rates.
In principle, children under 5 years old are not charged for accommodation.

* As a resort fee, a separate payment of 500 yen (over 6 years old) per person per stay is required.
Resort fee will be 1,000 yen (over 6 years old) per person per stay from 1st April, 2022.
* For Club InterContinental reservations with 3 guests or more, an additional 17,000 JPY per person per day will be incurred,

A: Children under the age of 6 may share their parent’s room and bed at no extra charge. Children over 6 years of age are considered the same as adults.

A: We have 10 Coral Rooms with a king size bed (2000mm x 2030mm) and some Club InterContinental Rooms/Suites (please enquire for details). All other rooms are “twin beds”. Depending on the room, it is possible to arrange 2 beds, but since there can be a gap, please contact us at the time of reservation.

A: Ocean Rooms & Suites, Coral Rooms 120mm × 200mm × 28mm 

 Club InterContinental Rooms and Suites, Bay Rooms 183mm × 203mm × 330mm 

A: Yes, they are located in the Bay Rooms and Club InterContinental Rooms and Suites. Please contact the hotel directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

A: Within the Ocean Rooms & Suites and Coral Rooms, all rooms can be equipped with entrance slopes in rooms, bathtub showers (shower caps on bathtub faucets) and toilet handrails. In addition, a dedicated shower carry (chair) can be borrowed. Please let us know your preferences in advance. Our Bay Rooms are barrier-free. As for the elevator, one see-through elevator has an announcement of up and down and arrival.

A: All Ocean Wing and Bay Wing Rooms are ocean facing.

All Coral Wing Rooms are ocean facing other than the Premium Garden View Room.

All Club InterContinental Rooms are ocean facing except the Premium Garden View Room which has a private garden.

A: We offer various amenities for all guests including children. For items not found in the room, please contact our Instant Service and we will be happy to try our best and accommodate your requests.

A: Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and public areas. In addition, LAN connection is available in Ocean Wing/Coral Wing rooms for free. If you do not have a computer, our Business Centre on the 2f of Ocean Wing is available for free 24-hours.

A: All the rooms in the hotel are compatible with terrestrial digital broadcasting. In the room, in addition to the commercial broadcasting, children’s channel, English Channel, cable TV, BS broadcasting, Yaeyama channel, etc., you can watch a lot of programs.

A: In the hotel, “docomo” and “au” antennas are provided.

However, please understand that there are places where it is difficult to connect depending on the room.

A: Check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 11:00 however we are able to accommodate guests requesting to check in early or late based on availability.

A: This will depend on the rates plan that you have selected. Pre-payment plans, non-hotel sites, and agency reservations are subject to the standard of each reservation destination and plan. If you have booked a plan where you are entitled to free cancellation, please contact us by 18:00 the day before your stay to cancel your stay. Thereafter, the hotel will charge a cancellation charge from the room rate based on the hotel’s terms and conditions. *Pre-payment plans and other non hotel site or agency reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of each reservation or plan.

A: The hotel will hold events in the courtyard during summer vacations, year-end and New Year holidays. If you prefer a quiet room, we recommend a western-facing Coral Room that does not face the courtyard.

Coral Room windows have a limited opening and closing range to prevent falling and ensure safety. In the Premium Garden View Room, it is not possible to open the window on the 1st floor.

A: Smoking is not permitted within the entire premises to prevent secondhand smoke, to comply with the revised Health Promotion Law, which will come into effect in April 2020.

A:IHG Rewards Club benefits and rewards points are only applicable to IHG ® Rewards Club members and bookings made through the official website.

For reservations made through websites other than the official website (such as ihg.com or anaihghotels.co.jp), IHG Rewards Club members are not eligible for the benefits or points

Ocean Wing Coin-Operated Landry is closed from February 1st to 28th.

A: On each floor, an ice maker is available. Ice is made from normal drinking water filter that has been filtered.

A: Each room has a safe. Other key lockers are available at the lobby of the Ocean Wing, swimming pool changing rooms, and Maesato Beach. The Leisure House also has a paid coin locker (200 JPY/day).

A: The pools and gym are only for guests staying at the hotel. Towels and beach umbrellas are also available on the beach for guests staying at the hotel.

Club Lounge

A: The Club InterContinental Lounge is exclusively for guests staying in Club InterContinental.

A: The dress code is smart casual.
We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing swimwear, wet clothing, room wear, and bathrobes.
Men are asked not to wearing tank tops and other garments which show a lot of skin.

Spa Agarosa

A: Yes, all menus are available. Please make a reservation in advance.

A: You can play with sneakers. You can wear T-shirts and shorts as well as collars, but we also ask for clothes with sleeves.

Indoor Bath & Sauna

A: The bath and sauna (on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Wing) are open from 15:00 to 22:00.

*Please enter by 21:30. All rooms have a bathtub and shower room.

There are 2 types of sauna for both men and women: mist sauna and dry sauna.

Resort Pools

A: The indoor pool has a depth of 90cm and water temperature of 33 ° C (37 ° C for Jacuzzi). The outdoor pool has a depth of 30cm to 1m and the water temperature is around 26 ° C (different from the air temperature).

A: The pool is only available to hotel guests.

A: Please wear a water diaper for the pool. Children who are not toilet trained should wear a pool diaper and a bathing suit on top of it. For water play in the pool, diapers are available at the convenience store on the premises of the hotel.
